Our advocacy service offers advice on benefits, housing, and immigration. Specifically, we:
- Provide after grant of asylum support (i.e. application for travel documents, housing, benefits, etc.)
- Offer advice on social security benefits, loans and grants, and help applying for them
- Support clients in terms of finding housing and resolving problems with existing housing
- Help to resolve disputes with landlords or debt agencies, etc.

Monday 9 – 12 from our office at 10th Floor Hyde House, The Hyde, London NW9 6LH
Monday 1 – 6 at Greenfields Children’s Centre, Recreation Road, Southall UB2 5PF
Monday 2 – 5 at RLETRA, The Beacon Centre, Scott Crescent Harrow, HA2 0TY
Wednesday 9 – 12 10th Floor Hyde House, The Hyde, London NW9 6LH
Wednesday 2 – 5 at Moran House, Suite 7-9, Second floor, 449-451 High Road, Willesden NW10 2JJ
Thursday 9 – 12 Moran House
Thursday 1.30 – 5 (TERM TIME ONLY) Whitefield School, Community Education Centre, Claremont Road, London, NW2 1TR
And on Fridays at Edgware Community Hospital from 10am – 4pm
We assist with filling in forms, translations, phone calls as well as referrals to other organisations.
All of our volunteers are Criminal Record Bureau checked.
